Will help develop effective working relationships based on the respect and understanding of each departments roles and contributions.

Help Promote a greater understanding of the assessment process, critical analysis and professional judgement in the child welfare process

KEY OUTCOMES

At the end of the session delegates will have

Accomplished a number of care tasks together to safeguard and promote the welfare of the child(ren) we portray on stage. e.g.. Assessment, Planning, Core- Groups, Conference, Decision Making.

Participated in workshops that offer a sound understanding of the principles and processes for effective collaboration - and, in groups - will have communicated and developed working relationships in the interest of children.

Seen the necessity for understanding contributions made by other professionals and for understanding the impact of their own decisions and actions on others.

On the following pages we have listed some of the staff development and
training modules we have available along with a sample programme.
